A Few Tips For Applying Makeup – A to Z

Learning how to apply makeup is an art and Science in itself, but that doesn’t mean you can’t learn some of the basics when it comes to applying make-up and making yourself look and feel beautiful. Let’s review a few steps for how you can set a checklist with a few simple steps and learn to apply makeup.

First, you are going to want to make sure your face is nice and moisturized with a high-quality moisturizer. There are a few different types such as face Mists, serums, lotions, creams and oils. The type of moisturizer that you will use will all depend on your skin type and how oily or dry your skin naturally is.

Whenever you apply your moisturizer, make sure to put a small amount across multiple fingers and spread the moisturizer across your forehead, face and cheeks. Make sure you apply the moisturizer evenly across your face to avoid any clogging of your pores. I personally like to spend 5 to 10 minutes relaxing or sitting in front of a ceiling fan to help the moisturizer sit in before I apply any makeup.

After the moisturizer has fit in nicely, I move over to applying a primer. Primer is a base for any makeup and Foundation that you apply afterwards. It is best to use a makeup brush or sponge when applying the primer. Just like the moisturizer, make sure you apply the primer across your entire face evenly.

next, choose whichever Foundation you prefer. Many people prefer a liquid foundation because it applies to the face very quickly and evenly. You will need to use an applicator brush or a beauty blender to apply the liquid foundation evenly.

After you have finished with the foundation, you will need to use a concealer. Liquid concealer is also a great option as it applies evenly across all areas of your face, including your wrinkles. the color of your skin tone will determine which shade of concealer you purchase. The color of the concealer can also help to cover facial blemishes, such as dark spots from pigmentation or acne.

Next, you will want to apply foundation powder and then a bronzer. Next comes the blush and highlighter, what you will need to apply with a clean makeup brush. lastly, you will need to use an eyeliner or eyeshadow to touch up around your eyes. You Can also use fake eyelashes or curl your lashes, depending on your preference. Don’t forget to finalize your new face with some lipstick and setting spray. make sure you allow a 5 to 10-minute cooldown period so all the makeup sets in.
